WELLNESS 4 ALL

CONCEPTUAL PIONEERING

WELLNESS

WELLNESS implies more than just being fysically healthy. It signifies the optimal quality of all aspects of life. Arbitrarily, I have deFINED WELLNESS in 2006 in a six-spoke wheel model. The tire is WELLNESS, supported by the 6 spokes, that evolve around the axis which represents the "biogram" the genetically determined basis that unifies humankind. The six scientifically approachable and distinct subfields of human wellness are:

1. physical

2. mental

3. social

4. governmental

5. environmental

6. spiritual

DR HOEYBERGHS' ACTIVITIES

MY JOB

As a daily practicing plastic surgeon, I know from experience that Beauty and Health go hand in hand. Operating on patients is a technically rather exact sort of activity. However, the way in which the patient benefits from it also depends on her general state of WELLNESS. Therefore I have a vested interest in the concept.

CLINICAL QUALITY CONTROL

HAPPY PATIENTS ARE THE CORE PURPOSE

Happy patients are the true reward for every good doctor. Therefore, I am obsessed with quality control and measurement, ever since I went into private practice. Now, 14 years later, the result is a "boutique" style of international practice in the center of Europe. We combine medical, paramedical, ICT, technical, and quality expertise into an up-to-date system of quality medical care. This requires a constant affinity with the progress in a variety of clinical and technical fields. On an international level, this expertise is available to those who want to benefit from our combined knowledge. That way we can provide you with a very significant shortcut in the process of developement and delivery of this state-of-the-art type of Private Health Care.

THE EXTENSION TO THE SURGICAL INDUSTRY

MAXIMAL RETURN FOR THE PATIENT

In the surgical industry, ultimately the consumer is the patient. As in other industries, patients demand maximum value, not just for their money, but also for other material and psychological efforts. This is the driving force behind most surgical progress. The big challenge now is to keep on incorporating the dazzling advance in technology and ICT progress into the fundamentally conservative field of medicine. Both the developing and the developed world find themselves in this same fundamental energy field.

The most effective way to organize service and progress into practice is by means of a leading input from the surgeon himself. Numerous mistakes and ill-advised measures have been taken by failing to involve the surgical professional in the design and management of medical projects. Having read this, you nor your organization have no excuse any longer: we are at your disposal!
